100% FISH FOR PROFIT 2026 – TRANSFORMING THE BLUE ECONOMY TO 100% GREEN

100% Fish for Profit 2026 will be the 6th edition of the Icelandic Fisheries Conference and will take place on 23–24 September 2026.

This years conference will explore how the seafood industry is progressing towards full utilisation of 100% of every fish, creating greater value from by-products while advancing sustainability, innovation, and profitability across the value chain.

Through expert presentations, case studies, and industry discussion, 100% Fish for Profit will showcase enabling technologies including AI, automation, advanced processing, and smart manufacturing, alongside practical examples of successful full utilisation strategies. The programme will also examine emerging opportunities in marine bioproducts, highlight new ventures driving innovation, and explore the investment and business models needed to build commercially resilient 100% businesses.

Fish Waste for Profit 2026 will bring together industry leaders to share insights, discover new opportunities, and accelerate the transformation of the blue economy.
